Mining Pools
Initially, Keys are non-transferable and can only be held by the mining node address.
esNanon is non-transferable and can only be held by the mining node address.
Only super nodes holding over 100 Shield Node Keys can establish a pool.
Different super nodes create staking pools with varying levels of esNanon, forming different tiers of pools that enjoy different reward multipliers.
