Using the Faucet

Here is a tutorial on how to claim Sepolia Ethereum Testnet tokens from Alchemy:

• Preparation

• Ensure you have an Ethereum wallet, such as MetaMask, to receive and store test tokens.

• Install and set up MetaMask or another compatible wallet extension/application.

• Connect to the Sepolia Network

• Open MetaMask or your chosen wallet and click on the network selector.

• Select "Custom RPC" and enter the following information for the Sepolia network:

• Network Name: Sepolia

• New RPC URL: https://rpc.sepolia.dev

• Chain ID: 11155111

• Currency Symbol: ETH

• Block Explorer URL (optional): https://sepolia.etherscan.io

• Save and connect.

• Access Alchemy's Sepolia Faucet

• In your browser, go to the Alchemy Sepolia Ethereum Faucet link.

• Claim Test Tokens

• After the page loads, you will see an input box asking for your wallet address. This address should be taken from the wallet you set up in step 1.

• Enter your wallet address and then click the "Send me ETH" button.

• You may be required to complete a captcha to confirm you are not a robot.

• After verification, the test tokens will be sent to your wallet address.

• Verify Receipt

• Return to your wallet to check if you have received the test tokens.

• This may take a few minutes, as the test network can sometimes be slow.
