Node Reward Mechanism

The combined maximum total supply of NNN and esNNN tokens is 2 billion, with 1 billion allocated for node incentives.

  1. Total Supply:

The total amount of NNN and esNNN that exists at any given time, whether locked or unlocked.

  1. Circulating Supply:

The total amount of existing and unlocked NNN and esNNN.

  1. Decreasing Reward Model

Rewards are linked to the total supply allocated for node incentives, using a gradually decreasing release curve:

  • When the total supply used for node incentives reaches half of a previous threshold, the rewards are halved, until reaching a long-term equilibrium for the network.

  • Example: Initially, daily rewards are released at a total of 684,932 esNNN and NNN, halving to 342,466 when the incentive supply reaches 500 million.

  1. Dynamic Incentive Allocation

Cloud Mini Nodes dynamically allocate rewards based on runtime and task volume, with transparent and real-time updates on reward distribution.
